Shipment & Packing

To prevent a media is damaged during shipment to our facilities, we recommend that you follow our guidelines to pack your media firmly inside. We cooperate with UPS who can be ordered to pick up the media directly from your address. We recommend this shipment if you want to ensure that your package is delivered in a safe and proper manner. When you wrap up your shipment please be aware of the following:

• Place the hard drive in an antistatic bag.
• Make sure that there is plenty (10-15 cm or more) shock absorbing material around the entire medium.
• That extra safety can be achieved by packing the first box in another box with cushioning material.
