Server Crash?

Even though servers are designed to deliver high reliability, the most redundant setup can crash. In this case a RAID array is no guarantee for data not disappearing.

We are able to recover data that has been inaccessible by a crash in servers. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage we solve both this type of job onsite, in our department in Nyborg or in our cleanroom in England.

If one or more disks are physically damaged, we carry out the restoration in England. If the disks are physically ok, we do the restoration in Nyborg or onsite.

After a crash in a RAID array, it is important not to try an automatic rebuild of RAID. This may make it impossible to restore data from the server.
