- What about my hard drive?In some cases the hard drive can still be used without additional risk, but generally we advise not to use the hard drive if there is the slightest sign of a physical error. Restored data will therefore be returned on a new external media.
- For how long time must I do without my data?The processing time depends on the priority by which you want us to solve your task. If the delivery time is important, we have an emergency-program or a high priority. Conversely, if the price is important, we also have prices corresponding to lower priorities.
- How do I hand in my hard drive?You can either send the hard drive to our address or you can deliver it at our office. If you send your hard disk, please note our section about packaging and shipments.
- Should I enclose anything to the hard drive?Yes, please fill out and enclose our packing slip.
- How do you return my data?Usually we will copy your data onto a new external hard drive. If it is a minor amount of data (> 10GB), we can also burn the restored data onto a DVD. In urgent cases, the data can be returned by using FTP.
- How to handle the payment?Unless otherwise agreed, prepayment for the entire task is applied. Once you have accepted our offer an invoice will automatically be sent. When the entire payment is registered, we will forward your data with UPS. There is generated Track & Trace information that enables you to track your shipment. You also have the option to pay by cash at our office.
